However, we are experiencing a volatile market when it comes to courier costs. Our online algorithm is undergoing changes. It is difficult to keep up with increasing Fuel and Out of Area Surcharges, Other surcharges due to drivers with covid, War risk charges etc..
Nevertheless, you can be assured that our Wacpack UK and Asia teams, are doing everything we can to keep our prices as competitive as possible over these coming months. We will be constantly tracking, chasing and doing our utmost to ensure your supply chain is working as effectively as possible.
We will keep all our customers constantly informed of any significant changes in the market. I have a dedicated team who will be increasing communication, with you, our customers. Our primary aim is to provide the most efficient and cost-effective service and therefore we will be trying to find out from you, how we can improve our service.
